At Bodytales, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare that you love. Please read our policies carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or cancellation.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Email us at opps@bodytales.in within 3 working days of receiving your order. - Include your Order ID and reason for return/exchange in your email.

  • - A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or missing item claims. - The video must clearly show: - The unopened parcel from all sides. - All original labels and tags intact. - Zoomed-in footage of any damage, defect, or missing items ⚠ Without this video, we cannot process your request..

Refunds Policy

- We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. - Approved returns or exchanges are eligible only for store credit. - You will receive a Bodytales gift card (with unlimited validity) equal to the amount paid.

Damaged or Missing Products

- We follow a 3-layer checking process to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. - If your order arrives damaged or with missing items: Report it within 3 days of delivery. - Provide the mandatory unboxing video as proof. - Once approved, store credit will be issued within 3 days

Insufficient evidence, missing video, or visible tampering with the package may result in rejection of the claim. Bodytales reserves the right to make the final decision/p>

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing opps@bodytales.in. - Canceled orders are eligible for a Bodytales gift card (unlimited validity) for the full amount paid — no cash refunds.
